Celebrate Read Aloud to a Child
Week in Virginia
October 20 - 26, 2002
Parents, educators, and all significant adults are
invited to celebrate by taking some time to read aloud to a child. Our
theme this year is "Justice." Visit your public library for a free
booklist of reading suggestions for all ages highlighting this universal
and compelling theme.
Our partners are the Department of Education, the
Library of Virginia, the Virginia State Reading Association, and the
